Requirements are to assemble two single sided flex constructed of 1 oz. copper , .001 acrylic adhesive and .002 kapton . pads on flex 1 have to solder to pads on flex 2. If we put solder paste on one flex can we either hot bar through the kapton or reflow. Thanks Steve Kelly Patlon Flexible Circuits
