Their Pyralux AP material gets away from the age old problem of having an
acrylic adhesive with a Tg of ~40C in the midst of an otherwise high
temperature laminate structure.  As an assembler, we have seen our in process
problems, such as delaminations and "white spots" eliminated.  Our suppliers
also report improved fab yields.
