We mask the circuits with pink ink and then PTH. As a result we cannot put in

the conditioner cleaner (Metex) too long. For normal PTH we put circuits in the
cleaner for 4 minutes. But for these special masked circuits we put in only for
1 minutes. I learned from some people from this technet that the cleaner

will work with the accelerator and electroless copper plating to form

PTH. But for these special circuits we are getting blisters on the PTH walls.

Can somebody suggests if we can put in the condition cleaner first then mask with pink ink and then PTH. will this avoid blisters?

Please help!!!!!
