Mil-Std-105E was cancelled in Feb. 1995. The replacement standard is
ANSI/ASQC Z1.4. However, I just checked the document resellers and the
cancelled standard is still available. You can find either standard at:

You can probably still buy it direct from ASQ, but I couldn't find it on
the web site.
