Hi Michael!

     You might check with a new dummy component company called Lexicom, Inc..
It appears that Sia Batman (formerly from Topline) has started his own
company. If you go to:

http://www.lexicominc.com/sbga.htm

that'll take you to their Super BGA page. I saw a 352-ball 35mm X 35mm SBGA
there...might be what you're looking for.
