Subject: Moisture sensing chips suppliers

Dear TechNet'ers,

We are doing some reliability testing of IC packages on HAST. We
would
like to try to use some moisture sensing chips this time rather than the
weight gain measurements. Would you mind suggesting us some companies
selling these kinds of chips?

thanks,
Linda.
