I came across this term for testing PWB PTH's, and am wondering:

     Do I have the terminology correct?

     Is it recognized by the IPC? Document #?

     How is the procedure defined in terms of capability, when to use/not
use?

     What is the basic mechanism?

I am search for the latest and greatest in quantitative testing of PTH
quality. I am already looking at IST, but am open to any and all
suggestions on current alternatives.

I appreciate the assist!
