Unfortunately the Deforests book has been out of print for years. You might
get a copy through the University of Michigan Microfilm Group. (expensive).

However, a more recent book is Coombs - 4th edition Printed Circuit Handbook,
published by McGraw-Hill. Approx. $100.00
