REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To register for this workshop and/or exam, simply complete the registration form on
the back of the IPC Designer Certification brochure (available faxed or mailed by
request, or view it in the Designer Council section in the Design section of IPC's
website at www.ipc.org) and write in: "Olathe, KS, April 26-28, 1999" under the
"Please sign me up" section. Study materials, as well as an exam voucher, may also be
purchased using the registration form. Other details are included in the brochure. To
request a brochure reply to this e-mail or call our registration dept. at
847-790-5361.

Note that participants are on their own for lunch. Participants are also responsible
for their own travel and hotel arrangements, as well as transportation to and from
AlliedSignal/EAS. All registrants will receive a map to the facility and surrounding
area.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Olathe, 101 W. 151st
Street, Olathe, KS, at a special IPC meeting rate of $79 (single/double)/night.
Rooms and rate are subject to availability after April 11, 1999.  Contact the hotel
at 913-829-4000 for reservations.
