Hey, thanks again for that spreadsheet ya' sent me! There's a few around
"silly-con valley" to be sure, but here's a few below. They all do cross-
sections, they all have SEM capability if ya' need to get that close, and they
all can do IC de-lidding, depotting, and IC failure analysis as well...

P.S. If cross-sectioning is gonna be an on-going thing for you, for the price
you'll pay to get a few done, you coulda' bought all the stuff you need to
"roll yer own"...hehehe. It's really not all that complicated... basically
cutting a hunk of PCB out, slappin' it in some resin, letting it cure, and
polishing it down...and there's plenty of reference books and stuff to help
you look and interpret them...
Plus ya' got all of us here, we'll help....huh guys?....guys...I said
huh?...yoo-hoo...anybody there? (GRIN)
(I guess they don't like me volunteering them like that...hehehe)
