Technos,

   We intend to buy a X ray inspection system to inspect BGA components
after oven reflow process .

   I have 3 question about that

   It is really necessary have a X ray system or the process can survive
without it ?.

   What is the usage during production ( sample or 100 % )

   What is the expected rejection rate for BGA ?
