Hi Alejandro,
1. -10C to 65C with a heat rate of 1C/min will give you a very long test time.
This is not optimum for accelerated testing. You should be testing at about
-10C to 100C with a heat rate of 10-20C/min (not much higher to avoid thermal
shock conditions).
3. IPC-SM-785 is applicable to PBGAs, as is IPC-D-279 and ANSI/IPC J-STD-013.
