Jeff,
I worked for a C/M that did everything on ceramic. Give me a
call and I can share some experience.

Subject: [TN] Recommendations for paste printers, chip
shooter, reflow oven?
I am looking for recommendations for a paste printer,
chip shooter, and reflow oven, preferably all inline. The application
is for SMT on ceramic substrates, so the part size is generally small
(less than 1") and I'd be looking for equipment sized appropriately.
I'd be interested in hearing experiences, positive or
negative, that could help.
Thank you,
Jeff Perkins
