Hi,
our company wants to start implementing process control. That is I have to
implement process control. So the times when all the information gathered in
the test or by the QA used to die in a data base are gone.
I have a good idea of what process control is, I can define parameters and
so on, but I need a lot of good advice from people that are already
controlling processes.
I fear redundant measures and bad human reactions.
