Hello Technet,

Our customers asked us wether it is possible to store our equipment (miltary telecom) at minus 50 degrees Celcius.
Our normal specification for the operating range is -40 to + 80 degrees C. We have no experience with, or information about what happens at lower temperatures.
The boards have plastic components (including BGA's) on FR-4. Storage time can be several years.
Anyone willing to share their views on this subject ?
