Charlie,
one of our guys came from Ceramtech yesterday. He was impressed by their
technology, had 12 lasers going! They ought to know most of what you
need.  One trick for keeping the peaces together might be what we tried
once, namely put a blue tape on the substrate. That way you also protect
the substrate from microscopic bombardment of laser debris near scoring
