You might consider PanelMaster 2.1 . Runs well on Windows 95/98/NT. Provides
for rotations within the array, rotations of the array with your production
panel, complete flexibility for image stepping (rout profile versus v-score
or combinations thereof) and places assembly rails on any number of
sides/any size (when configuring palletized arrays). You can also create
templates that automatically subtract plating theiving and tooling hole
locations so as to yield a net usable area, and the software prints
panel/array views complete with stats of percent usage. Did I mention it's
inexpensive?
