Steve,
        TEKA (www.tekais.com) also makes PC104s with solder bearing
leads. And Zephyrtronics (www.zeph.com) makes a hot air bath machine
specifically designed for soldering the little buggers. The founder of
Zephyrtronics, David Jacks, gave a talk and hands-on equipment demo at
our SMTA Houston chapter meeting last year. It really works, no fuss, no
muss. Not too expensive either, and will keep Trang & Tran working on
more productive things (and not coming after you with hot irons,
hehehe)....

P.S. - Don't forget that data you were going to send me, I still need
it.
