WOW! what a coincidens, I was just about to ask this myself.......

I have a faxed sheet from someone that tells me that FR4/1.5mm
thick/35microns copper has
a dieletric constant at 1MHZ of 4.7 OHMS CM.
However I wanted to confirm this....Any comments?
