Richard,
I worked with pulse plating on acid copper systems for PWB 10 to fifteen
years ago.  It definitly is not an R&D projectr.

During the Nepcon West Show - i will be at the Hi-Density/Micro Via
Pavillion
- I will have cross section's of actual (blind) micro - vias - processed
with
pulse plating chemistry. My intent is not to promote a product - but to
make
people aware that pulse plating is not an R&D project - it is in full
manufacturing for close to three years.

Anyone wanting to talk - i will be there
