Do not know if it is an ANSI document but AMS 2422D is an Aerospace Material
Specification published by the SAE The Engineering Society for  Advancing
Mobility Land Sea Air and Space  It covers the engineering requirements for
electrodeposition of Gold and the properties of the deposit.  The SAE may be
reached at http://www.sae.org
