Steve:  I'd double the amount that you estimate by "engineering
methods,"  based on 15+ years of explaining to bosses wonder why we got
beat on some "simple ECO" work.  Ya know bud, this is a high value added
activity that is going to take Edie (or whoever your star rework person
is) out of play and not cleaning-up messes that you've made in your
production work that also needs to be profitable.  TTYL  Dave F
