Another possibility could be OSP along side of Imm Au (or any gold
actually). The OSP
process involves microetchs which could load up with copper and deposit
it on the gold
surface(s). Some shops tape off gold areas, some pealable mask cover it,
and some
weaken out the microetch and change it alot. Any way...these surfaces
side-by-side are
expensive and need alot of TLC.
