> - Dissolution of lead / leaking into the environment in dumps due to rainwater, running water or other environmental influences

> - Comparison of the consumption of  lead in solder joints to other applications such as building, ammunition, batteries ,alloys

> - Amount of lead used ( in tons ) and possible substitutes and their availability

> - Expected impact on the manufacturing of electronic equipment.
