The title is " Curcuit Card Assemblies, Rigid, Flexible, and Rigid-
Flex." It is a US military specification detailing the way that they
want the curcuit card to assembled. Specifically how the components are
mounted on the PWB. It also details some rework criteria. As a generall
rule it will follow the IPC spec's, but not all inclusive. If you need
additional info, give me a call.
