Scott,
You might consider PanelMaster 2.1 . Runs well on Windows 95/98/NT. Provides
for board rotations within the assembly array, complete flexibility for
board stepping (panelizing using rout profile or zero-step V-score, even or
combinations thereof) and places assembly rails on any number of sides of
the assembly array. You can also create templates based on various
suppliers' capabilities, and the software prints assembly array views
complete with stats of percent usage based on your supplier's production
panel size. Did I mention it's inexpensive?
