Has anyone experienced boards that are warping when they place 4-40 studs
in them.

I have a board about 7" x 10" with a row of seven 4-40 studs along one side
spaced about 1/2" apart. The first couple of studs go in fine, but then as
the remaining go in the board begin to show signs of warping. We have used
a Haeger automated press to control the pressure of insert which is set to
80-90 in-lb.

What I am suspecting is that the design is bad to begin with. You can't
put seven studs in a row like that without some warpage. Or am I missing
something. Any comments or ideas would help.
