Further to my last note. We apply our own peelable mask via
a screen printing process just prior to stuffing the PCB
because we also found that mask applied by the
manufacturer sometime before actual use (ie 6-8 weeks due
to our sea freight and stock holding) made it very hard to
remove. Vacuum packaging of the PCB's did help a lot, but
we decided to do our own thing for flexibility and ultimate
ease of removal reasons.
