Jason,
A Gage R&R is an analysis of the repeatability and reproducability of
making a measurement, relative to the inherent variation of the object you
are measuring. Most statistics books will have a section on it. It may be
listed under "gage capability".

Subject: [TN] R&R Guage study
Good evening everyone,
I have been asked to carry out a R&R guage study on a piece of test
equipment. Unfortunately I hadn't even heard of such a study 'til today.
Can anyone give me any pointers to where I can find information on
carrying out such a study or has anyone any ideas on how to carry out
such a study.
I hope I'm not addressing this to the wrong forum.
-Jason
