Is there a general way how to compute the artwork tooling cost for pwbs (4
lay, 6 lay, 8 lay)?  I'm currently trying to standardize the material cost
of artwork for printed wiring board manufacturing.  I'd like to know how
you guys compute for the material cost when it comes to artworks.

Appreciate any help.  Thanks!
