This is a bit unusual, most people have racks the pallets sit in and cool
down before they reuse them. Hopefully you not having a problem with them
being to hot to take of the solder machine. If so, I agree with the response
that you should check your material and make sure it's a good insulative
composite. If it's a matter of just wanting to cool them down before you
reuse them, I do know of an outfit that makes holding racks with fans that
blow across the carriers. This cools them down in a matter of minutes. Give
me a buzz and I'll get you more details.
