Have you looked in RS components?

One such there is:
Xcelite® Swivel Blade Knife
 £7·15
XN-400 has a free moving swivel blade ideal for cutting curves and
awkward shapes in lightweight materials. Supplied fitted with surgically
sharp blade.

Or how about surgical scalpels - metal handles which accomodate various
blades available from RS, art shops and model shops:

Subject: [TN] Repair knife

Can anyone help source a knife which we use to repair pcb's. It is no
longer available in the UK but I believe it was imported.

The handle is 0.25" diameter Aluminium tube 4 inches long with a
0.125" blade which sticks out about 0.6" and is sharpened to a point
of around 60 degrees.

This knife is really useful for all sorts of repairs or retouching in
all areas and we can't find anything as good. If you know of a source
or something equivalent which works as well please let me know.

Thanks and a belated Happy New Year to you all.
