I am trying to perform IPC-TM-650 2.4.44 Tack Test.  The procedure calls
for a "Chatillon" tackiness tester or other equipment.  I got some quotes
for tackiness tester, and they were in the neighborhood of $5000.  It was
an Ametek tester. Does anyone have any alternative method/ equipment for
this test, or any place where I can purchase a used tackiness tester.
