I'm Process Engineer in a french factory, who built franking machine.
My department is the Electronic, my job is to improve the SMD process and
the soldering machine.
Today I have a problem on my soldering machine to solder SO16 components.
Do you have informations to solve this problem, perhaps to add non
functionnal pads at the end of the component.
Do you know the size of this pads ??
Please help me !!
