Happy New Year everyone!

I hope someone can assist me on the following query,

I have a hand soldered part that will be sitting on an aircraft for any timespan
between 20,000 and 30,000 flying hours, Will there be any effects on the joint integrity
over this time period if the connections are not conformally coated?

Solder being used: 5% Tin - 95% Lead

Materials being joined: Ni plated Cu wire to MolyManganin with a Ni flash

Temperature range: -40 deg C - +220 deg C (may see +250 Deg C on overrun).

Any help/advice on the above would be appreciated,

Regards,

Pat Diamond
