The 25A board was designed for IPC-SM-840C. It contains
comb patterns from the original B25 board and for Bellcore
requirements as well as a "Y" pattern. I am sure that the artwork
for this board is available from IPC.

To design an SIR test board we need to know what you are
going to be testing. The B24 is used for flux testing. The
B25 is used for solder mask and conformal coating. The
B36 is used for asssembly processes.

So tell us what you want to test and all of us have our own
ideas regarding what should be considered in a test board.
