Another option employed frequently is to test prior to applying Entek.
The Entek process will not cause any problems with the panels if
     followed properly.

Enthone CU106A is an organic coating applied after continuity test prior to
visual inspection. The coating thickness ranges from 0.3~0.5 microns so it
can be easily removed by pins during probe testing. Storing the boards with
punctures would create oxidation/discoloration that would take affect
during the assembly process. Scrubbing the surface of the finish with even
a cloth can reduce the thickness but muchsoever avoid contaminating the
board with alcohol because it totally strips the application.
