Greetings,

Currently we are looking for a real-time x-ray inspection system for our
micro BGA & CSP assembly.  The system should be able to allow us to rotate
the PCB at 360 degree for viewing solder joint quality (voids).
Furthemore, the system should equip with image processing - to measure the
percentage of solder voids.

So far I have only came across CRX-1000 from CR Technology (very brief).
Is anybody using this system before?  Is so, how is its performance in
terms of images sharpness and magnification?  In addition, can anyone
provide me its specification?

Since this is our first approach in selecting x-ray inspection equipment, I
also would like to ask if there is any aspects that I need to consider
before choosing the right one?
