Dear Technetters,
        Does anyone use the SERA technique/equipment for solderability
testing or evaluation?  Dave H at Rockwell seems to be one of the
experts on this topic.  Can Dave or someone else tell me who sells this
equipment and a phone number and if this equipment is accepted by
industry?
