Hello all,

Does anybody know of a source for dummy BGA boards without solder balls?
We're trying to develop a process of attaching 30-mil solder balls to
boards with 50-mil pitch and pad size of 22- to 25-mils. Like always,
keeping costs down is important, and we would consider buying scrap
boards from a fab house.

Thanks for your help.
