For a  product to pass VDE specifications, what is the spacing requirement for high voltage traces to be from low voltage traces?

The unit carries 480 volts to a transformer where the voltage is reduced from there.

Also, is there a web site that list this type of specification as well as similar spec.'s for other organizations such as CE, CSA, UL and VDE?  Or do they all have their own sites?
