I am in desperate need of some suggestions.  I have three varactor diodes
from Siemens that have gone obsolete:  BB515, BB619 and BB620.  The real
problem is that these diodes are called out on a multitude of boards of
which all have the same land-pattern (SOD-123).  If anyone has some
suggestions as to alternate manufacturers I would much appreciate it.  Also,
I have already checked with M/A Com and Philips.  Hope to hear back from you
all!
