     Hi,

     Just to repost an earlier question.
     Many Surface Mount Connectors come in with plastic pips. Considering
     Pick and Place equipment,PCB (PWB) fabrication and mold tolerances,
     what are you guys doing with regard to the dimensions of the hole.
     What is the general philosophy of the big connector suppliers?
     Why are these things here?
     What are the industries views on these pips?
