Not sure when IPC added this to their web site, but it's an outstanding
collection of 24 papers, in Adobe Acrobat format, on HDI/Microvia
topics. I first stumbled onto this page in mid-December, while browsing
the IPC site for any additions or updates. Hat's off to IPC for
providing this data.
