Hi TechNeters,
I am trying to establish this procedure too but it seems that it is
difficult to set a method for qualifying a stencil during its useful
life. Can a tension meter do?
Mak
Hi All - has anyone ever come up with STENCIL CONTROL PROCEDURE ?
Which
would outline the following as company standard....
- buy off procedures when a new stencil is received
- cleaning procedures (shiftly and prior to storage)
- storage procedures (racking system, identification method)
- determination of stencil life (number of prints allowed before
replacement)
- usage life control (tracking of number of prints allowed before
replacement)
- stencil visual inspection procedures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated ......
Mohit
