REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To register for this test only date, simply complete the registration form on IPC's
1999 PWB Designer Certification brochure (available from ipc's website at
www.ipc.org) and write in: "Longmont, CO, February 2, 1999" under the "Please sign me
up" section. Study materials, as well as an exam voucher, may also be purchased using
the registration form. Other details are included in the brochure. To receive a fax
of the brochure, contact Alexandra Curtis at 847-790-5377.

Note that participants are on their own for lunch. Participants are also responsible
for their own travel and hotel arrangements, as well as transportation to and from
the Raintree Conference Center. All test registrants will receive a map to the
center.
