Check out the January issue of PCB Design Magazine.  Their website is www.pcdmag.com.  Simulation of PCB
for noise and EMI/ESD issues are begining to emerge.  One company that does that type of software is
Inscape.  I don't know their web address but you might start by trying www.inscape.com
