Interesting questions:
1) From my understanding DSCC has not yet adopted IPC-2221/2222 as replacements for IPC-D-275. This may be
revelant depending on your customer.
2) The formula in IPC-2221/2222 are a major change from those in IPC-D-275 in that they do not take part
size, layer count , copper weight into account when calculating minimum land diameters. Land (pad) areas
which would be way too small under IPC-D-275 are OK under 2221/2222.
