Hi,
We have been doing double sided pcb for about two years now. We do it the
hard way by having min. heat on the bottom and reflow the top then let go
thru a water wash. Then run the top side. We use the same paste on both
sides. Of course the 1st side done has no large I.C.'s or resonators, but
the bottom does. Have fun.
