International Summit on Lead-Free Electronics Assemblies Proceedings
It's baaaack...
What the US PWB industry thought was thwarted in the early '90s is back and stronger than ever. Roadmaps and marketing strategies set by Japanese OEMs and pending legislation in the WEEE Directive are forcing the industry to take another look at lead-free electronics assemblies. In an effort to provide the industry with as much information on this issue as possible, IPC gathered the best of the best from around the world to present at IPCWorks '99, An International Summit on Lead-Free Electronics Assemblies.
IPC is now making these proceedings available to you. In the proceedings, you will receive 35 presentations that cover a global perspective on this issue from presenters from Europe and Japan, as well as technical information on the various aspects to implementing lead-free electronics.
Hard copies of these proceedings are limited. The proceedings are also available on CD-ROM, which features amended presentations and Power Point files that were not included in the original conference proceedings. Released October 1999.
